I ordered from REMAIN because the photos made the color look like a soft beige, which was exactly the vibe I wanted. But when it showed up, it looked more yellow-green in person, and it was nowhere around what I expected.
I know colors can look a little different depending on screens and lighting, but this felt far off. For about the price I paid, I really thought the product photos would be more accurate, so I was disappointed.

My order took forever to arrive, and what made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t seem to get in touch with an actual person for an update. Everything felt automated, which just made the whole waiting process even more annoying.

I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong, but the checkout froze on me twice. After the second time, I just ended up giving up on the order

I ordered something because the site showed it was in stock, but after checking out I was later told it wasn’t actually available. That was frustrating, especially after thinking the order had gone through fine.
They really need to keep their stock info updated better. I ended up wasting time and had to wait around for the next step or refund, so it wasn’t a great experience.

I really liked how these looked at first, but once I wore them for a bit, they felt stiff and uncomfortable for everyday use. They might soften up over time, or maybe they just didn’t work for my feet, but I probably wouldn’t reach for them daily.

I ordered a dress from remainbirgerchristensen.com because the listing made it sound like a thick knit and said it ran true to size. I was excited for it, honestly.

When it arrived, the fabric felt way thinner than expected and the fit was just off. The color was also not like the photos, it looked a lot more dull in person. I even went back to check the description again and it really didnt match what I got.

Maybe it was just bad luck, but for the price I expected the details to be more accurate. I dont think I’ll be ordering again

I saw a few things on the site that I genuinely liked, so I was expecting to maybe place an order. But once I checked the prices, it kind of stopped me. Even some of the more basic items felt a lot more expensive than I expected, and I couldn’t really justify spending that much. The quality might be good, but from what I saw, the cost just didn’t line up for me. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I ordered from REMAIN, my snap judgment is that the return itself was fine, but the refund process really dragged. Sending the item back wasn’t the issue at all, it was the waiting afterward that made the whole thing frustrating.

I kept checking for updates and wondering when the money would finally show up, which got old quickly. For a shop like this, I expected the refund to be handled much faster, so overall it just wasn’t a great experience for me

I’m sure it probably works fine for some people, but the bad reputation around it was enough to put me off. It’s impressive in a way that I heard so much about it before even trying it, just not for the right reasons. I didn’t really feel like I could trust it...

I had to keep following up just to get basic updates on my exchange, which got frustrating after a while. The whole process took way longer than I expected, and it made me a bit unsure about the overall quality of the service.

I don’t want to be unfair, but the look just feels kind of boring and dated to me. The styles seem a little off, and I think customers deserve something that feels more thoughtful and current.

I emailed them twice and still haven’t heard anything back. it put me in a annoyed mood because I was just hoping for a simple response.

I just had a frustrating experience with customer service. I asked a simple question about my order, and when they finally replied days later, the answers were super vague and didn’t really address what I asked. It felt like they hadn’t even read my message. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but after this recent experience, I don’t see myself shopping here again anytime soon

The dress showed up in a totally crushed box with barely any protection inside. I couldn’t believe how cheap and careless it looked?! Not a great first impression at all.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I trusted the size guide when ordering. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t even close. I picked the size it recommended, and it still came way too small. It’s frustrating because the whole point of the guide is to make ordering easier. I still like the brand, but I’m definitely hesitant to trust their sizing advice again...

I was disappointed with this jacket. The fit was fine, but the fabric felt thinner and cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. Checkout was easy once I got there, so that part wasn’t a problem. The menus could definitely be clearer though, because I felt like I was guessing sometimes. Not a terrible experience at all, just kind of not as smooth as it could be.

I ordered my normal size thinking it would fit like the listing and size guide suggested, but it was totally off. The waist was way too tight, while the rest of the pants were oddly baggy, so the whole fit just felt wrong. for the price, I expected something much more accurate. It kind of felt like a bait and switch because the description made it seem like these would be an easy, true-to-size buy. Ended up returning them, which was just a hassle
